Terms of Service
Scope
We provide chimney cleaning, inspection, draft diagnostics, and firebox safety checks across Canada. Services are subject to availability, regional regulations, and weather conditions. Certain services may require indoor access and temporary shutdown of heating appliances during the appointment for safety.
By booking, you confirm you have authority to grant access to the property and that all accessible areas are free of hazards for our technicians.
Payment
We accept common Canadian payment methods, including Interac e-Transfer, major credit cards, and debit. All prices are in CAD and subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes (GST/HST/QST) based on your service location.
Deposits may be required for installations or multi-visit jobs. Invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a reasonable service charge permitted by provincial law.
Liability
We take reasonable care and carry liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing hidden defects, code violations, or damage caused by prior improper installations. If our inspection identifies immediate hazards, we may refuse service until hazards are mitigated.
To the extent permitted by Canadian law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Cancellation
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged a short-notice fee to cover travel and scheduling costs. Weather-related rescheduling is free of charge.
If we cannot complete service due to lack of access or unsafe conditions on-site, we may charge a call-out fee.
